	Robert J. Ragusa President & Chief Executive Officer Violet Packing, LLC Robert J. Ragusa holds the position of President and Chief Executive Office for Violet Packing, LLC. Violet Packing, LLC oversees the operation for both DeIorio’s Frozen Dough Products (Utica, NY) and Don Pepino / Sclafani (Williamstown, NJ). His career started at J.L Clark in Rockford, IL where he held his starting position of a customer service representative. After eleven years of dedicated service, Robert left the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He then worked at Can Corp of America who is owned by Giorgio Foods as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Robert purchased Violet Packing, LLC from Chip and Lou Sclafani in 2005 and has been leading the team to success since his ownership. A New Jersey native, Robert grew up in Barrington, IL and attended Bradley University. Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Advertising. Robert is married to Cyndi Ragusa and together, they have two sons.
Richard P. Viti General Manager & Chief Financial Officer Violet Packing, LLC Richard P. Viti holds the position of General Manager and Chief Financial Officer for Violet Packing, LLC. Violet Packing, LLC oversees the operation for Both DeIorio’s Frozen Dough Products (Utica, NY) and Don Pepino (Williamstown, NJ). Richard joined the DeIorio’s team in 1984 as a clerk. Under the mentoring of Benjamin DeIorio, previous owner of DeIorio’s Frozen Dough Products, Richard learned and flourished with his business knowledge. He continued to advance and grow with DeIorio’s and served in such positions as bookkeeper, office manager, controller, CFO, Executive Vice President, and President. A Utica Native, Richard earned an Associates Degree in Business Management from Mohawk Valley Community College. He is currently enrolled in the Applied Arts and Science program in the Center of Multidisciplinary Studies through on-line learning at Rochester Institute of Technology, working towards a Bachelors Degree. Richard Viti is married to Alissa Salvo Vita and together has one son, Richard Viti. They currently reside in Utica, NY.
	Robert Horth Vice President of Sales & Marketing DeIorio’s Frozen Dough Products Robert Horth holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DeIorio’s Frozen Dough Products. He oversees the Sales Department, the Marketing Department, and the network of brokers. The sales department includes one director, 10 outside sales representatives, and one internal sales/customer service person. The marketing department consists of one director and one coordinator. Bob has expanded DeIorio’s sales market from New York State to 40 different states and Puerto Rico. Bob started his employment with DeIorio’s in 1979 as a production worker. He was quickly promoted to a sales technician and then to a sales manager. When the marketing department was created, Bob was put in charge making him the VP of Sales and Marketing. He foresaw the growth of foodservice in convenience stores in the mid 1980’s, which led to DeIorio’s involvement with frozen dough shells, and eventually dough flats. Bob Horth has an Associates Degree in Retail Management from Mohawk Valley Community College and a Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Management from SUNY Institute of Technology. Bob is currently married to Jean Horth and together they have 2 children.
