As versatile as your creativity is, the dough ball can be used in so many ways. Our 16oz dough balls are perfect for pizzas, calzones, stromboli, and other creative ideas like cinnamon rolls or pretzels!

Wheat Flour Enriched (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour, Water, Yeast. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Soybean Oil, Salt, Sugar, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes, Dry Malt, Dextrose, Olive Oil, Canola Oil.

Baking Instructions



Let your dough ball thaw to room temperature. May take up to 24 hours.


Preheat Oven

to the highest setting, with cooking sheet or pizza stone in the oven.

Press It Out

Press It Out

Flour counter or pizza peel. Starting in the middle, press the dough into an even flat circle.

Create Crust

Create Crust

Use the tips of your fingers to firmly press an edge an inch away from outside.


Twirl It

Pick up your dough and in a circular motion, carefully stretch the dough with the back of your hand.

Place It

Place It

on lightly floured pizza peel or wire mesh. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Fresh Ingredients

Top It

Spread the sauce evenly, add cheese and your favorite Fresh toppings.


Bake It

Slide into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese and crust become golden brown.


Let Cool

5 minutes before cutting & serving the best pizza you ever made!

Seasoning Tip: For more flavor, add some crushed red pepper or Italian seasonings on top. Season crust with salt and garlic powder.
