About the Role: We seek a Purchasing Agent to handle our company's procurement activities. The Purchasing Agent's responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing daily purchasing activities. A successful Purchasing Agent should be able to manage and optimize purchasing activities and processes, have excellent leadership abilities and be able to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers.
About the Role: This individual serves as a member of the Finance team, at first performing tactical functions and then evolving into a corporate financial liaison. Initially, the Financial Analyst would focus on addressing credit and collections matters, establishing / implementing policies and performing detailed cash collection and application, preparing credit memos, and following up on slow pays. After gaining experience within the company, the Financial Analyst role would evolve into management. The management role will add responsibilities such as financial reporting and analysis which is used for strategic and tactical decision making. This position works with various levels of management and corporate stakeholders to develop and implement financial and accounting concepts or techniques related to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business results.
About the Role: Production Supervisor ensures that production operates efficiently while maintaining quality standards. They are also responsible to assist in ensuring OSHA compliance, HACCP/HARPC/SQF follow through and GMP compliance throughout the production process.
About the Role: The Packer’s role is to pack the correct weight or number of pieces per box as per product specifications, make sure the appropriate box, or box and bag, is being used for the current product. They will ensure correct box labeling information is being used and placed in the proper location on the box and legible. They will make sure the block and tier for each product meets the Product Packaging Procedure for that product and take samples of each batch according to Sample Procedures. They will Communicate with Production Management throughout daily production.
About the Role: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for keeping the equipment at DeIorio’s in good operating condition by performing preventive maintenance, machine tests, troubleshoots, removing technical issues, and performing emergency repairs. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be high.
