  • Baking Pan
  • Olive Oil
  • Low Moisture Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Steamed Broccoli Florets
  • Sauteed Mushrooms
  • Shaved Parmesan
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Crushed Garlic
  • Salt, Pepper

Pro Tips

  • Use a pizza screen for a crispier crust. Do not add oil to a pizza screen.
  • For more flavor, add crushed red pepper or Italian seasonings.
  • Wait 2-3 minutes after baking before cutting and serving. This will allow the cheese to settle.


  • Keep pizza shell frozen until ready to use.
  • To thaw, place dough in the refrigerator overnight or place it on the counter until it reaches room temperature (Approximately 1 Hour).


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°.*
  2. Remove dough from packaging and place it on a lightly oiled baking pan.
  3. Brush your dough shell with olive oil.
  4. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Top with broccoli and sauteed mushrooms.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust and cheese become golden brown.
  8. Remove your pizza from the oven and top it with fresh spinach and shaved parmesan cheese.
  9. Slice and serve.
